Depth Of Field

Depth of field is when you focus on a point and then he background is kind of blurry to kind of exaggerate the point in which you are focusing. 

Framing

Framing is when, a frame is created in the picture you are doing.

Unusual angle

Unusual angle is when you take a picture from an unusual angle and then the picture comes out from a different point of view

Rule of thirds

Rule of thirds is when the picture is to the side and then u fill the frame with what is going in the background

Balance

Balance is when thee picture is kind full but the items in the picture are balanced

Depth

Depth can sort of apply to different landscapes and you see a focused point in the front an then u see the rest of the landscape

Leading lines

Leading lines is when the angle is focused kind of to the side and it sorts of creates like a hallway

Repetition

Repetition is when there i an item being repeated in your picture

 Fill The Frame

Fill the frame is when you fill the frame of your camera with whatever is going on

Symmetry

Symmetry is when the picture can have a symmetry in the middle and to the sides.

Unusual Angle

I think this photo has the best composition because the twin towers are big and after they were attacked and with all the rescue workers doing their search parties this picture can show how big the destruction was and it is also fill the frame which again shows all the destruction.

Unusual Angle

This photo they also used Unusual angle and it has a ver good composition because the angle is from almost at the level of the floor. You can tell by the lady walking right by the camera. It shows good composition because the camera is able to capture the towers and both he people taking pictures of the tower

Fill the frame

In this picture they used fill the frame. It has a good composition because they show like almost a bird view of this picture and shows the city and the dust/pollution of the twin towers together with the sunset.

The rule of thirds

I think they use the rule of thirds by taking a picture of all the city and at the same time capturing the burning building. It has a great composition because the city looks calm while the building is burning.

Leading Lines

This picture used leading lines and it has great composition because it not only uses leading lines but it also shows all the destruction in the city the cars and everything.

Mock-up for the Yearbook

For the mock-up I decided to create the inside cover. The yearbook teacher decided to use the inside blank pages for something so what I decided to do with the page is to create a tittle page. Almost all the teachers here at our school always asks us to create a cover page for our notebooks just in case if we loose them. But for the yearbook the tittle page are going to say " Westchester Academy, 2011-2012, Dr. B. and whatever volume this yearbook is going to be". What I also was planning was to have some doodles because most of us always draw on our stuff. So I have some drawings and another idea that has occur to me was to have like a little motion drawing on the top right corner so when they flip the book is like a little animation.
